For this project, two shops at Kohlmarkt 8-10 were merged, creating around 800m² of store surfaces on a total of three floors, basement, ground and upper floors. A new main staircase connects the ground floor with the upper floor, while a new elevator connects all 3 floors. The facade design was planned and implemented in coordination with the Heritage Authority BDA.
