For this project at Kohlmarkt 8-10, two shops were merged creating approximately 800m² of space on a total of three floors. A new main staircase connects the ground floor with the upper floor, while a new elevator also connects the basement. The facade design was planned and implemented in coordination with the Federal Monuments Office.
